Celebrating Our 2025 Kindergarten Graduates

On Friday, May 23, 2025, Southeastern Community Action Partnership proudly celebrated the graduation of our kindergarten students. This milestone was more than just a ceremony—it was a celebration of growth, learning, and the bright futures that lie ahead for each of our children.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the dedicated teachers, assistant teachers, bus drivers, and teaching staff who poured their time, energy, and love into making this day possible. Their commitment to creating safe, supportive, and enriching classrooms has given our students a strong foundation for the years ahead.

Our graduates shined as they demonstrated the core elements of Head Start readiness, including:

• Language and Literacy Development – building strong communication skills through reading, writing, and storytelling.
  
• Cognition and General Knowledge – developing early math, science, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Approaches to Learning – showing curiosity, creativity, and the ability to stay engaged in tasks.
  
• Physical Development and Health – building fine and gross motor skills while learning about healthy habits.
  
• Social and Emotional Development – practicing kindness, cooperation, and confidence in themselves and with others.
  

We also celebrate the parents and guardians who partnered with us every step of the way. Your support, encouragement, and belief in your child’s potential made this achievement possible.

To our graduates: we are so proud of you. You’ve proven that with curiosity, hard work, and determination, there is no limit to what you can achieve. As you take your next steps into elementary school, always remember that you have a community cheering you on.
