Early Head Start / Head Start Enrollment Application
Southeastern Community and Family Services, Inc. Early Head Start (EHS) and/or Head Start (HS) Programs are now accepting applications for children who will be 2, 3, and 4 years-old by August 31, 2025.
Class-age 2-year-olds: Birthdate on or between September 1, 2022 – August 31, 2023
Class-age 3-year-olds: Birthdate on or between September 1, 2021 – August 31, 2022
Class-age 4-year-olds: Birthdate on or between September 1, 2019 – August 31, 2021
Applications on children with special needs are also accepted.
Head Start children will be transported to and from home by bus. However, parents are to provide transportation for children that are eligible for Early Head Start.
Please have the following information available: Birth certificate, shot records, physical (medical exam), mailing and physical address, proof of income and/or proof of receiving Food Stamps/EBT, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), WIC verification, and health insurance information.
We’re excited to offer online applications for our programs in both English and Spanish, making it easier for parents and guardians to apply online.
